Cancellation & Payment
When a booking is confirmed, we expect a 20% deposit.
If a booking is cancelled between 90 and 60 days before the safari, the cancellation charge is 20%.
If a booking is cancelled between 60 and 30 days prior to the safari, the cancellation charge is 50%.
For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the safari, the cancellation charge is 100%.
Full payment of the safari is required 60 days prior to the start date. Bank account details will be provided on the invoice issued when a booking is confirmed
